Lauren is a 2006 graduate of the Brenneke School of Massage, and excels in both deep tissue and sports massage. Additional talents lie in many her hours of trigger point and myofascial release treatments. Ever passionate about massage, Lauren has recently added hot stone therapy to her extensive body of work, and is guaranteed to get the knots out!

Joy Dunning.

An expert in both deep tissue and Thai massage, Joy brings her "small but mighty" approach to licensed massage therapy. A graduate of the Brian Utting School of Massage in 2005, she combines a soothing aura with a powerful presence in the room. All those who have tried traditional Thai massage readily understand the benefits of the simultaneous stretching/muscle release techniques practiced for hundreds of years in her native land.

Katie Welch.

A graduate of the Bellevue Massage School in 2007, Katie completed the 600-hour licensing requirements while working full-time as a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. A deep tissue and sports massage therapy specialists, Katie incorporates muscoskeletal flow and movement to her revitalizing treatments.

Bryan Welch.

Also a graduate of the Bellevue Massage School in 2007, strength and stamina are hallmarks of his deep tissue and sports massage techniques. A nationally certified infant massage instructor, personal trainer and group exercise instructor, Bryan also has an extensive background in myofascial release and hot stone treatment work as well.
